CM shall generate the rule-based <strong>Service</strong> Package in accordance with the rules that have been<br />

mutually agreed between the <strong>Space</strong> Mission and the SLE Complex.<br />

NOTE – The specification of the rules for generation of rule-based <strong>Service</strong> Packages, and the process<br />

by which those rules are used to generate specific rule-based <strong>Service</strong> Packages, are outside<br />

the scope of the specification of the CTSP operation.<br />

CM shall conform to all Invoker Requirements for Three-Phase Operation Procedures as specified in<br />

3.4.2.6.1.<br />

CM shall conform to all CTSP-I Data Set Composition and Relationship Requirements when creating<br />

and transmitting a CTSP-I as specified in table 4-99.<br />

CM shall submit CTSP-I messages that are valid with respect to all service management validation<br />

requirements for UM as defined in table 4-99.<br />

CM shall validate that a received CTSP-SR, CTSP-FR, or CTSP-AR conforms to all CTSP-SR,<br />

CTSP-FR, or CTSP-AR syntactic validation requirements specified in table 4-100, table 4-101, or<br />

table 4-104, respectively. If the return fails any of the syntactic validation requirements, CM shall<br />

process the message set containing the syntactically invalid return in accordance with the Invoker<br />

Requirements for Three-Phase Operation Procedures.<br />

CM shall validate that a received CTSP-SR, CTSP-FR, or CTSP-AR conforms to all CTSP-SR,<br />

CTSP-FR, or CTSP-AR service management validation requirements specified in table 4-100,<br />

table 4-101, or table 4-104, respectively. If the return fails any of the service management validation<br />

requirements, CM shall process the service management-invalid return in accordance with the Invoker<br />

Requirements for Three-Phase Operation Procedures.<br />

4.11.4 ConfirmTentative<strong>Service</strong>PackageInvocation (CTSP-I) MESSAGE<br />

(CM UM)<br />

4.11.4.1 General<br />

The ConfirmTentative<strong>Service</strong>PackageInvocation is used by CM to propose a<br />

rule-based <strong>Space</strong> <strong>Link</strong> Session <strong>Service</strong> Package.<br />

The ConfirmTentative<strong>Service</strong>PackageInvocation message conforms to and<br />

inherits the parameters of the stereotype as specified in 3.3.4.3.2.<br />

Figure 4-32 shows the structure of the of the ConfirmTentative-<br />

<strong>Service</strong>PackageInvocation (CTSP-I) message as a class diagram.<br />
