DRAFT RECOMMENDED STANDARD FOR SPACE LINK EXTENSION SERVICE MANAGEMENT
Table 5-105: Data Set Composition and Relationship Requirements for the DTSP-FR
DTSPD-04
DTSPD-05
DTSPD-05
DTSPD-06
The DTSP-FR shall contain:
a) one TransferServiceProfileReference data set; and
b) one or more DtspError data sets.
[syntactic validation]
If the cause of the failure is ‘referenced SLS Transfer Service Profile is
bound to an active Space Link Session Profile’, the DTSP-FR shall contain
one DtspError data set for each SLS Transfer Service Profile that is bound to the Space Link
Session Profile at the time that service management validation is attempted.
If the cause of the failure is ‘referenced Retrieval Transfer Service Profile
is bound to a scheduled Service Package’, the DTSP-FR shall contain one
DtspError data set for each Retrieval Transfer Service Profile that is bound to the Service
Package at the time that service management validation is attempted.
The transferServiceProfileRef parameter value of the DTSP-FR shall be equal to the
transferServiceProfileId parameter of the DTSP-I that invoked the operation.
[service management validation]
5.12 QUERY_TRANSFER_SERVICE_PROFILE (QSTSP) OPERATION
5.12.1 PURPOSE
The QUERY_TRANSFER_SERVICE_PROFILE (QTSP) operation is used by UM to request
a copy of previously installed Transfer Service Profile resident at CM for a given Service
Agreement.
5.12.2 PROCEDURE
The procedure for the QTSP operation is a two-phase operation procedure, which follows the
two-phase operation procedure pattern specified in 3.1.
The QTSP operation involves the exchange of QUERY_TRANSFER_SERVICE_PROFILE
messages. The QSTSP messages are:
– QueryTransferServiceProfileInvocation (QTSP-I):
– QueryTransferServiceProfileSuccessfulReturn (QTSP-SR); and
– QueryTransferServiceProfileFailedReturn (QTSP-FR).
The message sequence diagram for the QUERY_TRANSFER_SERVICE_PROFILE
operation conforms to the stereotyped sequence diagram for the two-phase operation
procedure pattern defined in 3.4.1.3, with the following argument list:
twoPhaseOperationProcedurePatternSequence {UM, CM, QTSP-I, QTSP-
SR, QTSP-FR}
