The range of the length of CCSDS transfer frames on
this all frames channel for the life of the Service
Agreement. Composed of two elements
(lowerBound, upperBound).
– The lower bound value of 7 octets is derived
from the minimum Transfer Frame Primary
Header length of 6 octets plus 1 octet of Transfer
Frame Data Field content (references [3] and
[6]);
– The upper bound value of 2048 octets is
specified in reference [5].
NOTE – The length of the transfer frame does not
include any Reed-Solomon check
symbols that may be present.
