In addition to the parameter changes allowed by the SERVICE_PACKAGE_MODIFIED<br />

Operation (as defined by SPMC-4), CM shall indicate and include modifications in the SPM-N<br />

as follows:<br />

a) any change to any scheduled<strong>Space</strong><strong>Link</strong>SessionStartTime or<br />

scheduled<strong>Space</strong><strong>Link</strong>SessionStopTime shall also include appropriate updates in<br />

the scheduled<strong>Service</strong>InstanceStartTime and<br />

scheduled<strong>Service</strong>InstanceStopTime parameters such that the<br />

startTimeOffset and stopTimeOffset parameters of the pending <strong>Service</strong><br />

Package are satisfied;<br />

b) any change to assignedAntennaRef shall also include appropriate updates to the<br />

providerId and providerPortId parameters such that the SLE Transfer <strong>Service</strong>s<br />

will operate.<br />

CM should transmit the SPM-N before the min<strong>Service</strong>DefinitionLeadTime.<br />

CM shall validate that a received SPM-C, conforms to all SPM-C syntactic validation<br />

requirements specified in table 4-84. If the confirmation fails any of the syntactic validation<br />

requirements, CM shall process the syntactically invalid confirmation in accordance with the<br />

Notifier Requirements for Notified Operation Procedures.<br />

CM shall validate that a received SPM-C conforms to all SPM-C service management<br />

validation requirements specified in table 4-84. If the confirmation fails any of the service<br />

management validation requirements, CM shall process the service management-invalid<br />

confirmation in accordance with the Notifier Requirements for Notified Operation Procedure<br />

as defined in table 3-36.<br />

4.9.4 <strong>Service</strong>PackageModifiedNotification (SPM-N) MESSAGE (CM UM)<br />

4.9.4.1 General<br />

The <strong>Service</strong>PackageModifiedNotification message conforms to the data set<br />

composition and relationship requirements for, and inherits the parameters of, the<br />

stereotype as specified in 3.3.4.3.4, and the<br />

stereotype, as specified in 4.3.7. Figure 4-27 shows the<br />

message structure of the SPM-N as a class diagram.<br />
