UM shall conform to all Performer Requirements for Three-Phase Operation Procedures as<br />

specified in 3.4.2.6.2.<br />

UM shall validate that a received CTSP-I conforms to all CTSP-I syntactic validation<br />

requirements specified in table 4-99. If the CTSP-I fails any of the syntactic requirements, UM<br />

shall process the message set containing the syntactically invalid invocation in accordance with<br />

the Performer Requirements for Three-Phase Operation Procedures.<br />

UM shall validate that the CTSP-I conforms to all CTSP-I service management validation<br />

requirements specified in this table and table 4-99. If the CTSP-I fails any of the service<br />

management requirements, UM shall cease processing the CTSP-I and respond to CM with a<br />

CTSP-FR message. The content of the CTSP-FR depends on the nature of the validation failure,<br />

and is specified in tables 4-102 and 4-103.<br />

UM shall validate that each CTSP-I parameter that is constrained by a <strong>Service</strong> Agreement<br />

parameter is consistent with the applicable <strong>Service</strong> Agreement parameter.<br />

UM shall validate that all CTSP-I parameter values that are related to each other (as defined in<br />

the Data Set Composition and Relationship Requirements) contain mutually compatible values.<br />

If the Mission has locally defined CTSP-I relationship requirements in addition to those<br />

specified in this Recommended Standard, UM shall validate that the CTSP-I conforms to all<br />

such local requirements.<br />

If the CTSP-I is valid and UM decides to confirm the tentative <strong>Service</strong> Package, UM shall:<br />

a) generate and send a SPS-SR to CM;<br />

b) count the <strong>Service</strong> Package as applying against the following parameters of the <strong>Service</strong><br />

Agreement;<br />

1) maxSls<strong>Service</strong>Packages;<br />

2) maxSls<strong>Service</strong>PackagesPerTimePeriod.<br />

If the CTSP-I is valid and UM decides to not accept the tentative <strong>Service</strong> Package, UM shall<br />

generate and send a SPS-FR to CM.<br />

Relationship Requirements when creating and transmitting a CTSP-AR (see in table 4-100),<br />
