Activity Diagram 3 is illustrated in figure E-4. It is an example of an activity diagram that is
utilized or ‘called’ from another activity. As the intention is to have it utilized for multiple
higher-level activities, it is parameterized. This example also identifies other graphical
constructs used in the specification (such as ‘Parameter Pins’, etc.).
