If there is no private annotation information applicable to the overall message, the
messagePrivateAnnotation parameter shall have null content.
If there is no private annotation information applicable to the individual error being reported, the
privateAnnotation parameter shall have null content.
If the invocation is invalid due to mutually incompatible values among multiple parameters, the
FailedReturn shall contain multiple Error data sets, one Error data set for each mutually
incompatible parameter. Each such Error data set shall have the diagnostic value
‘mutually incompatible parameter value’.
3.3.4.3.3.3.3 Message Stereotype
3.3.4.3.3.3.3.1 Parameters
The message stereotype data set contains parameters
that are common to all SLE-SM failed return messages for operations that may fail either
because of errors in the invocation or because the operation is denied. The parameters of the
message stereotype data set are identical to the
parameters of the message stereotype data set (table 3-9).
Each message conforming to the stereotype also
contains one data set or one or more data sets. The contents of
the data set are specified in table 3-10. Table 3-12 defines the
data set, which is present when the reason for failure is denial of the operation. This data set
is stereotyped because the enumerated values of the reason parameter are specific to each
operation. For that reason, the reason parameter is defined as an instance of the stereotype
.
