4.9.3.2 CM Requirements for the SERVICE_PACKAGE_MODIFIED Operation

CM shall conform to all SPM-N Data Set Composition and Relationship Requirements when
creating and transmitting an SPM-N as specified in table 4-83.
CM shall conform to all Notifier Requirements for Notified Operation Procedures as specified
in 3.4.3.6.1.
CM shall perform a SERVICE_PACKAGE_MODIFIED Operation for modification in relation
to only the following Service Package parameters:
a) scheduledServicePackageStartTime;
b) scheduledServicePackageStopTime;
c) scheduledSpaceLinkSessionStartTime;
d) scheduledSpaceLinkSessionStopTime;
e) scheduledCarrierStartTime;
f) scheduledCarrierStopTime;
g) assignedAntennaRef;
h) providerId;
i) providerPortId.
When performing a SERVICE_PACKAGE_MODIFIED Operation, CM shall create a modified
Service Package that meets the following conditions
a) the scheduledSpaceLinkSessionStartTime of each resulting
SpaceLinkServiceResult shall be within the limits of the spaceLinkSession-
StartTimeLead and spaceLinkSessionStartTimeLag parameters of the
corresponding original SpaceLinkServiceRequest;
b) the scheduledSpaceLinkSessionStartTime and scheduledSpaceLink-
SessionStopTime of each resulting SpaceLinkServiceResult data set shall
satisfy the minimumContactDuration parameter of the corresponding original
SpaceLinkServiceRequest;
c) any change to antennaAssignment in a SpaceLinkServiceResult shall meet
the antenna constraints that were applied to the corresponding original
SpaceLinkServiceRequest;
d) any change to antennaAssignment shall indicate and provide for an antenna that is
consistent with the Carrier Profile and Service Agreement as referenced by Service
Package;
e) any change to the modifiable parameters (as defined by SPMC-3) shall be compatible with
RSpaceLinkEventsResult and FSpaceLinkEventsResult data sets, if
specified in the Service Package, such that CM will accommodate the event(s) at the
time(s) specified;
f) any change to the modifiable parameters (as defined by SPMC-3) shall be compatible with
RSpaceLinkEvents and FSpaceLinkEvents Data Sets, if referenced (via
spaceLinkEventsProfileRef parameters) in the Service Package, such that CM will
properly execute the event sequence profile at the times specified.

If CM cannot meet conditions defined by SPMC-4 and service cannot be provided without
modifications to the Service Package CM shall not perform a
SERVICE_PACKAGE_MODIFIED Operation but shall perform a
SERVICE_PACKAGE_CANCELLED Operation (see 4.8).
