There are a few template user created during setup. You can add new user by just cloning one existing user (selectuser with the appropriate type, click on the “new user” button, the select “yes” when asked for cloning). Otherwise a regural enduser acccan be also used for IVR authentication (calling card / PIN)Reseller: resellers can manage their account trough the web interface and can create their own tarrifs. They can add other resellers or endusers below their account.Owner: can be used to separate certain type of businesses.
