Once you’ve set up your PSR-730/630, try listening to the pre-programmed demonstration<br />

songs. A total of 15 demo songs are provided.<br />

1 Switch ON<br />

Turn the power ON by pressing the [STAND BY/ON] switch.<br />

2 Set an Initial Volume Level<br />

Turn the [MASTER VOLUME] control up (clockwise) about a quarter-turn<br />

from its minimum position. You can re-adjust the [MASTER VOLUME]<br />

control for the most comfortable overall volume level after playback begins.<br />

3 Press the [DEMO] Button<br />

Press the [DEMO] button to start demo playback. The PSR-730/630 SONG<br />

menu will automatically be selected and the number and name of the first demo<br />

song will appear on the top line of the display. The demo will begin playing<br />

automatically. The demo songs will play in sequence, and the sequence will<br />

repeat until stopped.<br />

• Even when the switch is in<br />

the “STAND BY” position,<br />

electricity is still flowing to<br />

the instrument at the minimum<br />

level. When you are<br />

not using the PSR-730/630<br />

for a long time, make sure<br />

you unplug the AC power<br />

adoptor from the wall AC<br />

outlet, and/or remove the<br />

batteries from the instrument.<br />

• If you play the PSR-730/630<br />

with the volume at its maximum<br />

level when the batteries<br />

are used, the life of the batteries<br />

will be shorter.<br />

• You can either have all the<br />

demo songs played continuously,<br />

or have only one song<br />

play (page 77).
