(Establishment of Marine TurtleSanctuaries)Establishment of the following isl<strong>and</strong>s/islets as Marine TurtleSanctuaries :(1) Province of Tawi-Tawi a. Bancauan Isl<strong>and</strong>b. Daguan Isl<strong>and</strong>(2) Province of Palawan a. Halog Isl<strong>and</strong>b. Tanobon Isl<strong>and</strong>.c. Panata Cayd. Kota Isl<strong>and</strong>(3) Province of Antique a. Panagatan Isl<strong>and</strong>Within these sanctuaries it is prohibited to:-(a) kill or take marine turtles or gather turtle eggs,(b) destroy or disturb marine turtle habitats, either on l<strong>and</strong>,or in the sea within 250 m of the lowest tidal line.429
