Training and Authorisation4.2 APPROVED TRAINING STANDARD4.2.1 IntroductionTraining courses will consist <strong>of</strong> identified learningoutcomes which will be knowledge, skill (task), andattitude based and where appropriate, reflectNational Electricity Supply Industry CompetencyStandards.• There shall be assessment criteria establishedand documented <strong>for</strong> each learning outcome.• Details <strong>of</strong> assessment method shall bedocumented.• There shall be a documented process <strong>for</strong>recognition <strong>of</strong> prior learning.• Persons undergoing training must beassessed <strong>for</strong> competency against all learningoutcomes relevant to the course, and suchassessment must be documented.4.2.2 Learning OutcomesLearning outcomes shall include, but not be limitedto, the following:• Working knowledge <strong>of</strong> the relevant sections <strong>of</strong>this Code <strong>of</strong> Practice.Page 40 <strong>of</strong> 148 Blue Book – December 2005
