Access <strong>for</strong> Work on or Near High Voltage ElectricalApparatus9.2.5.6 All recipients shall be satisfied with theprecautions taken, the location <strong>of</strong> the points <strong>of</strong>supply, and the proximity <strong>of</strong> any adjacent live<strong>electrical</strong> apparatus.9.2.5.7 Any person involved in the issue or receipt<strong>of</strong> an <strong>electrical</strong> access permit who is not satisfiedwith the conditions, may apply to have additionalprecautions taken, either be<strong>for</strong>e the <strong>electrical</strong>access permit is issued or during the currency <strong>of</strong>the <strong>work</strong>.9.2.5.8 Subsequent to the issue <strong>of</strong> an <strong>electrical</strong>access permit additional recipients may sign on the<strong>electrical</strong> access permit, after appropriateinstruction by the recipient in charge or by anauthorised <strong>electrical</strong> operator acting with theknowledge <strong>of</strong> the recipient in charge.9.2.6 Persons Permitted to Sign ontoElectrical Access PermitsRecipients <strong>of</strong> an <strong>electrical</strong> access permit shall beauthorised recipients or instructed personsapproved to <strong>work</strong> under that specific <strong>electrical</strong>access permit.
