Access <strong>for</strong> Work on or Near High Voltage ElectricalApparatus9.2.3 Multiple Working PartiesWhen more than one <strong>electrical</strong> access permit isissued on the same <strong>electrical</strong> apparatus, or whereseparate parties are <strong>work</strong>ing under the terms <strong>of</strong> one<strong>electrical</strong> access permit, there shall be coordinationin planning and per<strong>for</strong>ming the <strong>work</strong> toensure that the actions <strong>of</strong> one party shall notendanger the <strong>safety</strong> <strong>of</strong> others.9.2.4 Multiple OwnershipWhere the scope <strong>of</strong> <strong>electrical</strong> apparatus to becovered is owned by more than one organisation, aprotocol shall be established between theseorganisations <strong>for</strong> processing the application andoutage requirements.9.2.5 Issue and Receipt <strong>of</strong> Electrical AccessPermits9.2.5.1 An <strong>electrical</strong> access permit must be eithercancelled or suspended prior to the issue <strong>of</strong> asanction <strong>for</strong> testing on the same <strong>electrical</strong>apparatus.9.2.5.2 An <strong>electrical</strong> access permit shall be issuedand cancelled only by an authorised <strong>electrical</strong>operator.
