IEEE-488 Reference[:ROUTe] subsystem:MEMory Commands:5.13.12:SAVE[:RELays] M[:ROUTe]:MEMory:SAVE[:RELays] M Save current channel pattern at specified memory locationParameter = a whole number from 1 to 500Specify memory locationShort-formformats:mem:save MDefaultsPower-up*RST:SYSTem PRESetNo effectNo effectNo effectDescriptionThis command is used to save (store) the current channel pattern at a memory location. For example,if channels 1!1, 1!6, 1!8 and 2!5 are currently closed, you can save that channel patternto memory location 236. When M236 is later recalled or scanned, the four channels of that channelpattern will close, and all other channels will open.Up to 500 channel patterns can be saved in memory locations 1 to 500. A channel pattern canbe recalled from memory using the :RECall command. Note: An alternate method to save achannel pattern is to use the :SAVE:LIST command. This allows you to define the channel patternwithout having to close or open channels.A Channel Pattern is not lost (cleared) after the instrument is turned off. However, a ChannelPattern is cleared if a closed channel in the pattern becomes unavailable, restricted or interlockedto another channel in the pattern.ProgrammingexampleOUTPUT 707; “:clos (@ 1!1:1!10)” !
