Using the Options ScreenStart Delay:Used when the operator wants to allow wants toallow time for the ground around the meter to settleprior to measurement. Allowed values are 1 to 99 s.Line separation:Separation in metres between survey lines.Controlled by pressing the Next Line function on theSTATION DESIGNATION (i.e. mainmeasurement) screen.Station separation:Separation in metres between stations. Enabled byentering a value and setting Auto Station Incrementto On.SetupAuto station inc.:Select whether auto station incrementation isenabled or disabled. When enabled, the systemautomatically increments to the next station after acycle of measurements is recorded.Other settings in the Options menu are:• Chart Scale - contact Scintrex regarding theChart Recorder option.• Measurement Screen - select either the Numericor Graphic measurement screen.• LCD heater - enables the LCD Heater for coldweather operation.• Record Ambient Temp: Records the ambienttemperature in place of Altitude.2-21CG-5 Manual - part # 867700 Revision 2
