Warranty repair procedure:<br />
All Vetronix repair facilities offer the Express Exchange program for their CANdi modules.<br />
When instructed by Customer Support (after troubleshooting guide has been followed) to ship defective units to a<br />
Vetronix repair facility (e.g. Custone Electromotive or Getronics), the CANdi unit will be repaired or replaced with<br />
a new one within 48 hours and shipped back to the dealer.<br />
