Flash movie ads are also called rich media ads (Figure 7-14). Rich media ads contain<br />

multimedia elements <strong>and</strong> are growing in popularity among advertisers as more <strong>and</strong> more<br />

<strong>Web</strong> visitors use broadb<strong>and</strong> Internet connections.<br />

Cost for a banner, pop-up, pop-under, or rich media ad is based on impressions,<br />

the number of times the ad is viewed, or on the number of click-throughs to the<br />

advertiser’s site.<br />
