7.1.3 Survey presentati<strong>on</strong><br />
Resp<strong>on</strong>ses to the Survey were gathered from a Word questi<strong>on</strong>naire, as well as from an <strong>on</strong>line <strong>for</strong>m.<br />
The Word questi<strong>on</strong>naire is included in Annex §B, and was comm<strong>on</strong> to all targeted stakeholders.<br />
As <strong>for</strong> the <strong>on</strong>line channel, the tool <strong>of</strong> choice was Type<strong>for</strong>m (www.type<strong>for</strong>m.com), a freemium <strong>of</strong>fering<br />
that features very simple administrati<strong>on</strong> and setup, extremely easy-to-follow surveys with full mobile<br />
support, and comprehensive analytics. The following figures show some examples <strong>of</strong> the survey<br />
design as it was presented to the users.<br />
