13 (13). For those who are crippled, hunchbacked or impotent,<br />

khañja kubjādi ṣaṇḍānāṃ vyādhi duḥkhita cetasām<br />

whose minds are on suffering, this highest practice is not <strong>to</strong> be given.<br />

eteṣāṃ nara-nārīṇāṃ na deyaṃ sādhanottamam<br />

14 (14). To those made pure by consecration, full of underst<strong>and</strong>ing <strong>and</strong> kindness,<br />

labdhābhiṣeka śuddhāya bahu jñāya kṛpālave<br />

who are happy <strong>and</strong> peaceful, this divine practice is <strong>to</strong> be given.<br />

śānta kānta kṛta jñāya pradeyaṃ divya sādhanam<br />

15 (15). To those devoted <strong>to</strong> guru, protec<strong>to</strong>rs of all that is secret,<br />

gurvārādhana tuṣṭāya guhya viṣvāsa rakśiṇe<br />

whose minds are free from deficiency, this divine practice is <strong>to</strong> be given.<br />

hīnoddaraṇa cittāya pradeyam divya sādhanam<br />

16 (16). To one who strives after goodness, benefiting o<strong>the</strong>rs,<br />

sattvārtha hita yuktāya kāruṇya bodhi kāṅkṣiṇe<br />

whose goal is wisdom <strong>and</strong> compassion, this divine practice is <strong>to</strong> be given.<br />

nara nārī janāyedaṃ pradeyaṃ divya sādhanam<br />

Recite verses 17 through 23:<br />

17 (18). In a hidden mountain place, fragrant with flowers,<br />

parvatādi guhya madhye sug<strong>and</strong>hi kusumāśraye<br />

Secret Vajravilāsinī is <strong>to</strong> be meditated upon.<br />

bhāvanīyā sakāntena guhya vajravilāsinī<br />

18 (19). In an empty dwelling, in a pleasure garden or a forest,<br />

śūnya veśmani svacch<strong>and</strong>am udyāne vijane vane<br />
