และถือศีลอย่างเคร่งครัดจำานวน 10 ข้อในประเพณี<br />
ถือศีลกินผัก ซึ่งเป็นประเพณีอันดีงามของชาวภูเก็ตที่<br />
สืบทอดกันมาหลายชั่วอายุคน<br />
The annual Phuket Vegetarian Festival in<br />
<strong>October</strong> is always accompanied by a grand<br />
parade and the festive sound of fireworks.<br />
During the event locals (dressed all in<br />
white) follow ten strict diet rules. The<br />
festival is an ancient ritual that has been<br />
passed on for generations.<br />
