RESEARCH AND EVALUATION:<br />

In a survey of participants conducted by the program, positive changes in relaxation were reported <strong>for</strong><br />

both teen parents and parents with depression or other mental illness. Additionally, both post-surveys and<br />

follow-up surveys of teen parents indicated less anxiety, greater relaxation, and a feeling of being more<br />

able to care <strong>for</strong> their babies.<br />
