Malta The Ministry for Transport and Communications - see http://www.mtc.gov.mt/ The Ministry for Transport and Communications is the national entity responsible for transport<br />

and communications. This Ministry is primarily charged with the formulation and implementation of policy in these areas with the aim of ensuring that the country maintains and<br />

improves upon its performance in these fields.<br />

The Wireless Telegraphy Department – see http://www.wtd.gov.mt/index.htm ensures that all radiocommunication services in Malta operate efficiently, without causing harmful<br />

interference, and also ensures that licensed users of wireless telegraphy equipment abide by the conditions of their licence.<br />
