Montagehinweise zu den Antriebskombinationen
Empfehlung bei Neumontage: Die
Antriebskombination gleich mit
der Fahrwerkskombination montieren.
Vor dem Einfahren die Reibrad-
Spanneinrichtung 71.1215 lösen.
Hierzu die Spannhebelarretierung
ausklinken und den
Spannhebel nach unten drükken.
Antriebskombinationen 70.1 -
70.3 in die Laufbahn einfahren,
↑ 80, Übersicht.
Können die Fahrwerke nicht
stirnseitig in die Laufbahn eingefahren
werden, muß ein Laufradschild
abgebaut werden,
↑ 74.
Antriebskombinationen 70.1 -
70.3 an die Fahrwerkskombinationen
ankoppeln.
Verbindungstraverse 75.01 mit
Abstandshülsen 75.03 in die
Traversenöffnung der Fahrwerkskombinationen
einführen und
mit Bolzen 75.02 verbinden. Den
Bolzen mit der Sicherung 75.04
sichern.
Reibradspannvorrichtung
71.1215 spannen.

Assembly instructions for drive
combinations
Recommendation when assembling
a new system: assemble the
drive combination at the same
time as the travel unit
combination.
Before pushing onto the
runway, release the friction
wheel drive tensioning device
71.1215. To do this, release the
tension lever catch and push
the tension lever downwards.
Push drive combinations 70.1 -
70.3 onto the runway, ↑ 80,
summary.
If the travel units cannot be
pushed onto the end of the
runway, one side cheek must be
dismantled, ↑ 74.
Couple the drive combinations
70.1 - 70.3 to the travel unit
combinations.
Insert the cross-bar 75.01 with
spacer tubes 75.03 into the
cross-bar opening of the travel
unit combinations and connect
with bolt 75.02. Lock the bolt
with SL clip 75.04.
Tension the friction wheel
tensioning device 71.1215.

Chariots
Instructions de montage des
entraînements combinés
Recommendation lors du montage
d'un système neuf: monter en
même temps le chariot combiné et
l'entraînement combiné.
Avant introduction, défaire le
dispositif de tension du galet de
friction 71.1215. Pour ce faire,
dégager l'arrêt du levier de
tension et repousser le levier
vers l'arrière.
Introduire les entraînements
combinés 70.1 à 70.3 dans le rail
de roulement, ↑ 80, récapitulatif.
S'il n'est pas possible d'introduire
de l'avant les chariots
dans la voie de roulement, il faut
déposer une plaque portegalets,
↑ 74.
Accoupler les entraînements
combinés 70.1 à 70.3 aux
chariots combinés.
Engager la traverse de liaison
75.01 et les entretoises 75.03
dans l'ouverture de la traverse
de chariots combinés et réaliser
la liaison à l'aide de l'axe 75.02.
Arrêter l'axe à l'aide de la
plaquette d'arret 75.04.
Tendre le dispositif de tension
du galet de friction 71.1215.
