raires indiqués sur les plans de Mexico (ci-dessous). Des boites aux lettres
et des corbeilles à papier étaient installées sur les panneaux indicateurs,
tandis que les autobus et tes kiosques de renseignements étaient tous pavoisés
de symboles et emblèmes olympiques.
Urban Design symbology not only guided motorists but also informed users of
public and Olympic transportation. Lettered signs (opposite) relate to trans-
portation routes shown on accompanying maps (below). Road signs were fre-
quently integrated into units containing mailboxes or trash receptacles.
Olympic buses and information booths also exhibited the distinctive unified
design created for the Program of Olympic Identity.
