Hundreds of young girls rehearse for the ceremony of the "New Fire," staged
for the reception of the Flame at the magnificent ruins of Teotihucan. The
spectacle, a mixture of ancient rituals and contemporary choreography, was
seen by thousands on the evening of October 11.
