The results in table 4 show no significant differences (p > 0.05) in fecundity,<br />

fertilization and hatching rate by using LH-RHa hormone at concentration levels<br />

from 40 to 60 mg/kg. The fecundity of fish fluctuated from 609,091 to<br />

725,889 eggs/kg. The LH-Rha concentration of 70 mg/kg obtained the best<br />

results for artificial propagation of climbing perch.<br />

3.1.4.3. Experiment lc: Artificial Propagation by Using Pituitary Gland of<br />

Common Carp<br />

Technical parameters of fish artificial propagation ( M ic h a & L o n g 2006) by<br />

using hormone of pituitary gland (mg/kg of fish) are presented in table 5.<br />
