Bolo De ABÓBoRA com cAScA INGREDIENTES: • 4 ovos • 1 e ½ xícara (chá) de açúcar • 1 xícara (chá) de óleo • 2 xícaras (chá) de abóbora cozida • 1 xícara (chá) de suco de laranja • 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo • 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó • coco (opcional) PREPARo: Lavar bem a abóbora ainda inteira, retirar as sementes, picar e cozinhar com a casca. Bater no liquidificador todos os ingredientes, exceto a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó. Colocar a massa numa tigela e acrescentar a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó. Misturar bem e assar em tabuleiro untado, em forno preaquecido. RENDIMENTo: 30 pedaços Dica: Evite biscoitos recheados, balas, enlatados, salgadinhos e outras guloseimas.
