SUco De coUVe com limÃo INGREDIENTES: • 2 limões com casca • 2 folhas de couve (com os talos) • 1 litro de água • açúcar e gelo a gosto Dica: O limão pode ser substituído por abacaxi ou laranja (com casca). A couve pode ser substituída pro ora-pro-nóbis, serralha e até erva cidreira. PREPARo: Lavar bem os limões e as folhas de couve. Cortar os limões com casca e picar as folhas da couve. Bater todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, coar e servir gelado logo após o preparo. 75
