как VUS (включая шесть p.I157T). В недавнем
исследовании 46 генов у 151 больного
распространенным колоректальным раком
было обнаружено 15 носителей герминальных
мутаций. Из их, ген CHEK2 с четырьмя
носителями мутаций был наиболее часто изменяемым
геном.
Приведенное клиническое наблюдение
позволяет установить связь между герминальной
мутацией в гене CHEK2 и развитием
редкого злокачественного новообразования
у пациента в молодом возрасте. Имеет
смысл проведение генетического тестирования
у здоровых родственников пациента
на предмет наличия герминальной мутации
в гене CHEK2. В случае выявления здоровых
носителей возможно проведение более тщательных
скрининговых мероприятий для
раннего выявления рака.
