who answered “Yes” to the question “Have you received <strong>in</strong>formation about HAIs?”, their<br />
<strong>in</strong>tention to ask nurses/physicians was four times higher than for the group of <strong>patient</strong>s<br />
who answered “No”. For the question “Have you ever rem<strong>in</strong>ded a physician to wash her/<br />
his hands?”, 100% responded “No”, which may <strong>in</strong>dicate that communicat<strong>in</strong>g with nurses<br />
appears to be easier.<br />
