of proposed projects. IAG members are offered the opportunity to review for comment major submissions by<br />

a project proponent as well as the Cooperation Agreement between the developer and the BRA prior to its<br />

adoption by the BRA.<br />

IAGs do not replace the role of the greater community in the development review process, but is an overlay<br />

to the process that allows for greater understanding by the BRA of local concerns and greater public insight<br />

into the thinking of the BRA and other public agencies involved in the development review process.<br />

The filing of the Letter of Intent on May 3, 2012 commenced the IAG nomination process conducted by the<br />

BRA. The IAG for the Project was established in June 2012.<br />

<br />

Meetings with Other Interested Parties<br />

The Proponent and its development team have met with the following city and state agency officials,<br />

representatives of the local community, local neighborhood associations, property owners and other<br />

interested parties during the entire project planning phase. The Proponent will continue to meet with such<br />

individuals and groups during the Article 80 review period.<br />

<strong>Boston</strong> <strong>Redevelopment</strong> <strong>Authority</strong> - The Proponent has met with the BRA Planning and Design staff on<br />

multiple occasions to review the proposed project, including the contents/analyses included in this<br />

expanded PNF filing. At the PNF pre-filing meeting held with the BRA on February 14, 2012<br />

representatives from <strong>Boston</strong> Transportation Department (BTD) were in attendance.<br />

<strong>Boston</strong> Environment Department (BED) – The Proponent discussed the Project and, specifically, air<br />

quality analyses via conference call with a BED representative on February 17, 2012.<br />

Fenway Civic Association -The Proponent attended the meeting of the Fenway Civic Association at<br />

which the architect presented the building design.<br />

Fenway Community Development Corporation (CDC) - The Proponent met with CDC staff and<br />

attended meetings with the CDC Urban Village Subcommittee to discuss the Project.<br />

Audubon Circle Neighborhood Association (ACNA) – The Proponent attended a meeting of the ACNA at<br />

which the Proponent gave an overall summary of the proposal and presented the building design.<br />

As part of the Article 80 review process, the Proponent is committed to maintaining an open dialogue with all<br />

interested parties. Proponent will continue to work with the neighborhood, including the Fenway Civic<br />

Association, the Fenway CDC, Audubon Circle Neighborhood Association, the Red Sox organization, and<br />

other neighborhood representatives through the review and evaluation of this proposal. Additionally, the<br />

public will have the opportunity to review this PNF, which has been distributed to various departments and<br />

agencies by the BRA and is available upon request.<br />
