• Compiled a 17-game hitting streak June 17-July 6, batting .358 (24x67) with five doubles, three home runs and 14 RBI.<br />

• Batted .434 (23x53) during a 13-game hitting streak July 31-August 16.<br />

• Tabbed the American League Player of the Week for August 22-28 after hitting .536 (15x28) with two doubles, three<br />

home runs and six RBI in seven games.<br />

• Topped all American League players with a .402 batting average (39x97) in 25 games during August.<br />
