• Had his contract optioned to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre by New York on July 16.<br />

• Saw action in four games during the International League playoffs, hitting .143 (2x14) with a triple and an RBI.<br />

• Had his contract recalled from Scranton/Wilkes-Barre by New York for the remainder of the season on September 12.<br />

Named to the International League’s post-season all-star squad with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre during the 2009 season.<br />

• Third in the International League with a .326 batting average, while he finished fourth with a .397 on-base percentage.<br />

• Collected a season-high four hits on April 14 at Buffalo -- equaled the high with four hits on May 4 at Indianapolis and<br />

July 23 at Columbus.<br />

• Sidelined April 16-May 3 and May 12-June 6 with a right hamstring strain.<br />

• Hit .380 (35x92) with five doubles, a triple, four home runs and seven RBI in 25 games during August.<br />
