PM 4.7: Show at least once by hand calculation the correctness of
every data manipulation

2. The theoretical reasoning for mathematical methods
3. Explicit listing of assumptions behind the methods
4. Clear reference to data set at level 1

suggested by UNFCC and IPCC.
