<strong>The</strong> estimates presented for both s<strong>in</strong>gle-level <strong>in</strong>crements <strong>in</strong> education (Figures<br />
3.1 and 3.2) and multilevel <strong>in</strong>crements (Table 3.5) clearly <strong>in</strong>dicate that <strong>in</strong>creases <strong>in</strong> the<br />
education level of <strong>in</strong>dividuals <strong>in</strong> every population subgroup result <strong>in</strong> substantial benefits<br />
<strong>to</strong> taxpayers, due <strong>to</strong> <strong>in</strong>creases <strong>in</strong> the present value of the <strong>in</strong>creased tax payments<br />
that result <strong>from</strong> <strong>in</strong>creases <strong>in</strong> education.
