universal restriction enzyme 10X buffer. The MULTI-CORE Buffer is formulated
to provide simple buffering conditions for performing multiple digestions.
Many Promega restriction enzymes have between 50% and 100% activity in
reactions using MULTI-CORE Buffer.
Features:
• Convenient and Economical: MULTI-CORE Buffer enables codigestion
of DNA with more than one enzyme in a single reaction. In most
cases, only modest adjustments in the amount of enzyme used will ensure
complete multiple digestions.
