SECTION 01 11 05 – TIME OF COMPLETION PART 1 - GENERAL 1.1 PROJECT SCHEDULE A. Substantial Completion (issuance of Temporary Certificate of Occupancy), and Final Completion to the satisfaction of the College, Architect and Construction Manager shall be on or before the milestone dates set forth in the schedule below. 1. Contractors can anticipate the Notice to Proceed being issued within two (2) weeks of the bid opening date. 2. Contractors can anticipate construction permits being issued by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (30) calendar days after filing permit applications B. The listed milestone dates represent the Contractor’s contractual obligations to the Owner: 1. Milestone 1 – August 17, 2012: Substantial completion 2. SECTION 01 29 00 – PAYMENT PROCEDURES PART 1 - GENERAL 1.1 SUMMARY A. This Section specifies administrative and procedural requirements governing the Contractor's Applications for Payment. 1. Coordinate the Schedule of Values and Applications for Payment with the Contractor's Construction Schedule, List of Subcontracts, and Submittal Schedule. 1.2 SCHEDULE OF VALUES A. The Contractor shall coordinate preparation of the Schedule of Values with preparation of the Contractor's Construction Schedule. 1. Correlate line items in the Schedule of Values with other required administrative schedules and forms, including: a. Contractor's construction schedule. b. Application for Payment form. c. List of subcontractors. d. Schedule of alternates. e. List of products. f. List of principal suppliers and fabricators. g. Submit the Schedule of Values to the Construction Manager for review in accordance with the milestone schedule included in the contract documents. B. Format and Content: Use the Project Manual Table of Contents as a guide to establish the format for the Schedule of Values. 1. Identification: Include the following Project identification on the Schedule of Values: a. Project name and location. b. Name of the Architect and Construction Manager. c. Contractor's name and address. d. Date of submittal. e. Number of Submittal. 2. Arrange the Schedule of Values in a tabular form with separate columns to indicate the following for each item listed: a. Generic name. b. Related Specification Section. c. Name of subcontractor. d. Name of manufacturer or fabricator. e. Name of supplier. f. Change Orders (numbers) that have affected value. g. Dollar value.
