Consistent with the findings <strong>of</strong> the State <strong>of</strong> <strong>New</strong> <strong>Jersey</strong> Construction Services Disparity Study (October 2005) and the<br />
State <strong>of</strong> <strong>New</strong> <strong>Jersey</strong> Disparity Study <strong>of</strong> Procurement in Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Services, Other Services, and Goods and<br />
Commodities (June 13, 2005), each Reporting Agency should aspire to allocate a portion <strong>of</strong> its total contracting dollars<br />
in accordance with the following goals.<br />
1. Construction Services Contracts/Subcontracts (including new construction and renovations, except routine building<br />
maintenance; residential and non-residential building construction; heavy construction, such as streets, roads and<br />
bridges; and special trade construction, such as fencing, HVAC, paving and electrical).<br />
