The study methodology was a naïve be<strong>for</strong>e-after analysis <strong>of</strong> mean, 85 th percentile, and<br />

maximum observed speeds recorded near the town sign (which presumably is proximate<br />

to the island). The results are shown in Table 10.7.<br />
