Overarching Traffic Management Plan<br />

As discussed earlier <strong>to</strong>day, we received the <strong>Lismore</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Mullumbimby</strong> <strong>Electricity</strong><br />
<strong>Network</strong> Upgrade Traffic Management Sub-Plan (TMP) on Friday afternoon. Our<br />
apologies in the delay in responding <strong>to</strong> you.<br />
It should be noted that any works outlined in the attached TMP that may impact on<br />
the Pacific Highway should be brought <strong>to</strong> the attention of the Pacific Highway<br />
Office. The appropriate contact within that office is Tony Smith, Traffic Impact<br />
Coordina<strong>to</strong>r on 02 66 401 077.<br />
As you are aware, the proposed works outlined in the attached plan that impact upon<br />
the State Road <strong>Network</strong> will require Road Occupancy Licenses (ROLs).<br />
Applications for ROLs (apart from the Pacific Highway - see Tony Smith) are <strong>to</strong> be<br />
made using the appropriate form located on RTA’s website www.rta.nsw.gov.au;<br />

Road Occupancy<br />
Road Occupancy License applications must be received 10 working days prior <strong>to</strong><br />
proposed commencement dates.<br />
No late road occupancies will be considered excepting genuine emergency<br />
maintenance or other emergency work.<br />

Licensing Application Requirements<br />
• Complete the relevant application form in full.<br />
i.e. form D or form N<br />
• A check list (form C) must be submitted with all applications.<br />
Staged projects, or projects covering a large distance or scattered over a considerable<br />
distance require the applicant <strong>to</strong> provide an understanding of the time sequence,<br />
locations and importance of respective stages.
