Note: Following distribution of the reports ERM contacted the parties in the form of emails and<br />
telephone calls, where available, <strong>to</strong> receive progress updates on the review by each group.<br />
Responses received from these parties have been incorporated in<strong>to</strong> the<br />
preparation of this Traffic Management Sub-Plan as outlined in Consultation<br />
Response Matrix in Annex C. Should responses be received following the<br />
approval of this Sub-plan, all reasonable and feasible comments will be<br />
incorporated in<strong>to</strong> a revised Sub-plan.<br />
In relation <strong>to</strong> those responses received from emergency services, all generally<br />
requested that site specific management plans, including any road closures, be<br />
provided prior <strong>to</strong> undertaking works <strong>to</strong> ensure alternative accesses are<br />
confirmed.<br />
