Readmission<br />
As a former <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kentucky</strong> student in good standing, you are eligible for readmission<br />
(see <strong>Graduate</strong> School Bulletin).<br />
If you choose to withdraw from the program, on readmission, progression in your selected<br />
specialty track can be altered because <strong>of</strong> the availability <strong>of</strong> course <strong>of</strong>ferings and clinical<br />
placements. It is important for you to plan for your readmission with the appropriate assistant<br />
dean.<br />
If you are withdrawn from the program for one or more semesters, you will need to reapply to<br />
the <strong>Graduate</strong> School and the College. Your application for readmission will be considered<br />
along with all other applications for admission at that time. You will be expected to meet any<br />
new admission criteria and degree requirements initiated since your last enrollment.<br />
See your faculty advisor to discuss withdrawal from any class or from the <strong>University</strong>. Please<br />
refer to the Schedule <strong>of</strong> Classes calendar to determine whether your fees will be refunded.<br />
