How to Activate your U-Connect@UK Account<br />
We have created a UK e-mail account for you. Before you can send or receive e-mail, you<br />
must active your account.<br />
Go to UK web site: http://u-connect.uky.edu (click on the button labeled account manager)<br />
Follow the instructions to activate your UK e-mail account.<br />
You will be asked to provide your USER ID and PASSWORD. For example:<br />
USER ID: lemond Use the first part <strong>of</strong> your email address (lemond@uky.edu)<br />
PASSWORD: u$5336542 Use lower case “u”, a dollar sign “$” & last six digits <strong>of</strong> your UK<br />
Number, 4<strong>05</strong>-53-6542.<br />
You will have to change your password to activate your account.<br />
Should you encounter any difficulties or wish to use another method <strong>of</strong> setting up your<br />
account, a packet <strong>of</strong> information is available in the Office <strong>of</strong> <strong>Student</strong> Services. Please stop by<br />
room 309 College <strong>of</strong> Nursing or call (859) 323-5108.<br />
Forwarding and directing your UK E-mail Account to Your Home E-mail<br />
Instructions for forwarding/directing your UK e-mail account to your home e-mail are shared<br />
with entering students during orientation.<br />
If you experience difficulty forwarding your U-connect uky.edu e-mail please contact the<br />
Office <strong>of</strong> <strong>Student</strong> Services, 309 College <strong>of</strong> Nursing, or call (859) 323-5108.<br />
