E-mail and Mailboxes<br />
E-mail is the primary mode <strong>of</strong> communication between you and the faculty. Faculty use the<br />
<strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kentucky</strong> e-mail address that is provided to you at the beginning <strong>of</strong> your<br />
program. You may set your e-mail to forward it automatically to your home e-mail<br />
address if you wish. It is imperative that you check your e-mail at least once a week for<br />
important announcements, scholarship notices, and special events.<br />
<strong>Student</strong>s have physical mailboxes at their respective sites (Lexington or Morehead) and are<br />
urged to check them on a weekly basis as well. For students in Lexington, mailboxes are<br />
located in the graduate student lounge (room 501).<br />
