Taking action According to the above steps, find the fault point and take actions to solve the problem. – End of Steps – G.3 Common Troubleshooting Methods When a fault of the ZXV10 T700 occurs, use the methods introduced below to solve the problem. Observation method Observe the status of indicators on the front panel of the ZXV10 T502 and alarm information on corresponding IE Web pages to locate the faulty point. Unplugging/plugging method For connection problems, unplug related connectors and plug them again to find whether there is any loose contact. Be sure to power off the terminal and peripheral equipment before unplugging/plugging connectors. Self-test method Restart the terminal and find whether the fault still exits after self-test. Test method Test the terminal with the system diagnosis function available on corresponding Web pages to find the faulty point and fault type. Pressing method Secure cable connectors to try handling faults caused by loose contact. Combination method Combine two or more methods introduced above to handle faults.
