ZXV10 T700 User Guide Result After successful operation, the chair terminal will mix all voices in the conference. The videos of all terminals will be shown on the screen of each terminal in the conference and all terminals in the conference can hear the voices of each other. 12.3.5 Opening Voice Control Context The chair terminal can enable the voice control mode. In this mode, if one terminal speaks, it will become the broadcast source in the conference. That means, the image of this terminal will be broadcasted to the other terminals in the conference. When several terminals in the conference speak at the same time, the broadcast source will be the one whose sound is the biggest. Steps 1. Press direction button to highlight the item Open Voice Control in the conference control menuThe message box pops up. 2. Wait for a while and then the message box disappears. – End of Steps – Result The voice control mode is enabled and the Open Voice Control item in the conference control menu changes as shown in the figure below. Chapter 12 Conference Operations in GUI 12.3.6 Releasing Chairman Context The chair terminal in the conference can release its chair token. After that, the chair terminal turns into a non-chair one. Then other terminals in the conference can apply for the chair token. Steps 1. Highlight the item Release Chairman in the conference control menu. 2. Press OK button on the remote control. – End of Steps – Result The conference control menu changes into the one for non-chair terminal. 12.3.7 Chairman Conference Management 12.3.7.1 Adding/Dropping a Terminal In a conference, the chairman can add one or more temrinals into the terminal list and let them attend the conference. It can also force one or more terminals attending the conference to exit. Then they are not conference members any more, so they will not be displayed in the terminal list. To let them attend the conference again, the chairman must add them into the terminal list. Add Terminal 1. In the chairman conference control interface, select 8. Conf Management to enter the conference management interface, and then select 1. Add Terminal. The site name input text box appears, as shown in the figure below. Figure 12-13 Adding a Terminal 2. Enter the number of the terminal to be added, and then select Add to add this terminal into the conference.
