5 Updates via Control Module (G1323A/B) PC-Card Update Mode PC-Card Update Mode This mode is available when the PC card holds also the UPDATE.EXE and CONFIG.SYS. NOTE See also special information “Message ‘Serial Number Invalid’” on page 126. 1 Insert the PC-card and re-boot. The display will show an update screen. Updates via Control Module (G1323A/B) 5 PC-Card Update Mode Getting back into the PC-Card Update Mode To switch the Control Module back into this update mode proceed as follows: 1 Insert the PC-card (LCB322EN.BIN or LCA210EN.BIN, CONFIG.SYS, UPDATE.EXE should be on the card). 2 Enter the RECORDS screen (via Views-System) and select the G1323A/B. 3 Press FW Update and then the m-key. 4 Select Enable Update and leave the RECORDS screen. 5 Re-boot by pressing the m-Key and selecting 'Restart'. 1100/1200/1290 Series Firmware Update Guide 123
