Firmware Compatibility Matrix
Refer to the compatibility information “Compatibility Matrix” on page 18 for
the new 1200 series vs. 1100 series FW and the Agilent ChemStation.
Adding a 1200 Series module to an 1100 Series LC system
All new 1200 Series modules will be delivered with firmware revision A.06.02
and higher (G1315C DAD SL and G1365C MWD SL are delivered with
firmware B.01.02 or above). These firmware revisions are compatible with
• ChemStation Rev. B.02.01
• ChemStation Rev. B.01.03 Service Release 1
• EZChrom Elite 3.1.7
• Cerity Pharma A.02.03 Service Release 2
• MS TOF Software A.02.01
The G1315D DAD and G1365D MWD are delivered with firmware B.01.04 or
above and are compatible with
• ChemStation Rev. B.02.01 SR2 (Nov 2006)
• ChemStation Rev. B.01.03 SR1 + patch (Nov/Dec 2006)
• EZChrom Elite 3.1.7 Option CD 17 (Oct 2006)
• Cerity Pharma A.02.03 SR2 plus patch (Nov 2006)
• MS TOF Software A.02.01
Picard: TOF MH A.02.02 (Jan 2007)
QTOF & QQQ: MH B.01.02 (Feb 2007)
(only support of DAD, no support of MWD)
• OpenLab ICM Option CD 3 for OL 3.3.1 (Oct 2006)
Agilent Technologies recommends upgrading the instrument control software
to one of those revisions and the firmware of all 1100 Series modules to
revision A.06.02 (B.01.02). In this case all 1100 and 1200 Series modules are
fully compatible and all features of the new 1200 Series module are available.
