Special Teams’ Special Year
The Houston Texans special teams had the best year in team history,
tying three NFL records. Houston became the fourth team in NFL
history to return four kickoffs for touchdowns in a season and the
first to do so in 13 years. K Kris Brown matched an NFL record by
making three field goals in one game of 50 or more yards in Week 5
vs. Miami. WR André Davis tied another NFL mark by becoming the
seventh player to return two kickoffs for touchdowns in a game in
the season finale vs. Jacksonville.
